Partying all night, going in and out of nightclubs, drinking, smoking and having sex; people go on clubbing for different reasons, but most of these reasons seem to be full of lustful desires. Frankly speaking, most of our religious enthusiasts consider nightclubs as a part of the world that is manipulated by Satan and all the things being done here are acts by the devil. They are designed for the purpose of giving in into one’s sinful desires. Some would probably defend themselves by saying that they just go there for music and dancing, but they cannot deny the fact that deep inside them there are irresistible desires they cannot control unless they don’t come to that place.
*Is there still hope for the people who do this? You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Ephesians 4:22-24
There are some who got tired of partying especially when they grow old and become mature and responsible adults. But there are those who still can’t stop the call of sexual and other sinful desires. However, there is still hope for them. They just need to let go of this bad habit, ask for forgiveness to the Lord and repent, and walk through righteousness without looking back.
*What must you do to get over your sinful desires like to go clubbing? In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16
To go clubbing is sometimes due to the influence of others like your friends. you are being called killjoy if you join them. But instead of being swayed and corrupted with their deceitful desires, why not influence them instead of doing something fun but righteous. You can either start a new hobby or sport or go nature tripping, mountain climbing, etc. These are not only productive but fun and righteous at the same time.
I met a Norwegian from a MMORPG I used to play last year. We were both playing competitively for a fraction rivalry. Until one day she decided to join my guild. Actually I didn’t want the idea since I’m playing for competition to boost my ego, to show that I’m the best and I can’t prove it without a good competitor. However I accepted her as for my guildsmen decision.
Since we were belong in same tier, we were always playing in the same party. We spent lot of hours grinding and farming. From that hours we talked about lot of things – inside and outside game including real life, ideas, principle, culture and etc. I learned a lot from her, though most of them are not directly from her thoughts but from our differences of being Filipino and Norwegian.
There was an issue last year at the same month today that Norway got larger population of atheist over believer. So we talked about religion. As a christian I wanted to introduce my faith to her. Although she said that she is a believer but not as hardcore as Hillsong or me.
I told her to pray, talk to God, talk to Jesus. Actually I didn’t know how she felt about it but instead of counting how many mobs we killed or jewel we collected in game she had no choice but to listen.
We have a good chemistry. We were both competitive. I introduced more games to her that let me know more about her. Continue reading “What I’ve Learned From A Norwegian Friend”
Having the opportunity to play these 2 MOBA mobile games, I can say that I can give a good review from pros and cons of each game. This is for those who are tired on the current game they are playing and they want to try something new.

The most successful MOBA in mobile platform outranking Vainglory known to be the biggest MOBA in both Android and iOS. What makes this game a huge success is their players’ interaction on social. It has also the simplicity that even newbie from this genre can cherish. Their success reminds me of DotA and League of Legends schemes wherein the simplicity and required gaming skill to play prevailed. Continue reading “Mobile Legends vs Heroes Evolved Review”
I’m playing Crossfire for 18 months and I feel sorry for investing money in this game by means of buying VIP weapons that cost me more than 14K pesos. Not to mention that there are lots of cheater in game that can easily outplayed even my best arsenal. But what I’m talking is their poor security.
Uncle Ben is right, “With great power comes great responsibility” and with 7 VIP weapons in Crossfire I have great responsibility to protect my account from hackers. I have a good password, secret question and complete personal details. I also type password with the speed of 90 words per minute.
Intruder is inevitable in poor security…
But sad to say I got hacked more than 6 times and it is mostly happen when I play in other computer shop to compete. As a computer shop owner too, I don’t want to speculate that they are hiding logger behind their keyboard. So instead giving a damn to computer shop, I’m questioning the security of Crossfire and Gameclub. Continue reading “Why It Is Easy To Get Hacked In Crossfire”
